Florida Retina Institute patients are able to view, save and print summaries of their medical records by accessing the new and enhanced patient portal where you can connect with your provider through a convenient, safe and secure environment.
In this portal, you can view your health information and clinical summaries, request prescription refills as well as send and receive secure messages from your physician and his or her staff. We invite you to login to your online account referenced below.

24 Hour Access for Registered Users
New users please register first. Include your name, date of birth (DOB) and the office location you receive treatment. You will receive a registration link within 48-72 hours.
Instructions on how you can create a portal login and acccess your information on MyPatientVisit.com.
Go to MyPatientVisit.com
Select Create An Account.
Establish a Username and Password. Your password must include a capital letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character symbol such as ~!@#$%^&*_+,.?.
Please enter the Practice ID as FLORIDARETINAINSTITUTE.
Enter your First/Last Name, Date of Birth and ZIP Code.
Under Security Code, please enter the 6 digit code provided by the doctor’s office.
After you have read and understand the Terms and Conditions, please check off "I have read and understand the Terms and Conditions".
Select three security questions, provide answers and continue.
